The Wheelies lived in Wheelie World, unfortunatly continually harassed by the evil Fenella (green Kettle witch). Fenella (who seemed to be Welsh!) lived at Spout Hall, which was between Wheelie World and the Sad Lands. She had servants known as the Spikers and the Toadies. Chorlton and the Happiness Dragon battle against Fenellas infinite bad and miserable world, by speading happiness. The wee blond Wheelie named Jenny had a slight crush on Chorlton.Narrated by Joe Lynch.
