The Mysterious Cities of Gold:
Complete Series on DVD

Mysterious Cities of Gold DVD Set

Wow - this one has been worth waiting for!
This cartoon series has a massive following worldwide, and it's only fitting that it gets the DVD release that it deserves. If you manage to get hold of the fancy box set (see picture to the left) you'll be extremely pleased with the double sided poster, 6 exclusive postcards, info booklet with episode synopsis' and a detailed character guide. I got so much joy out of just opening the thing, I almost forgot I had DVDs to watch! "Fabulous Films" - the company that have made our dreams come true - have done an excellent job with the quality of the video - it's worth buying even if you'd managed to get hold of an - ahem - unofficial copy previously. The extras too, are literally bursting out of this pack, including original storyboards, artwork, theme tune karaoke, deleted scenes, interviews with the creators, and even a clip of Phillip Schofield singing along with the end credits from the BBC Broomcupboard! Plus, it contains each of the documentaries that ran alongside the cartoon series. With all that plus more, this DVD set is one worth having in your collection - you won't be disappointed!
