Starcom is set against the backdrop of the colonisation of the Solar System, where the farflung inhabitants of the growing planetary community are protected by a mighty peacekeeping force. Stories of heroes, exploration and conflict are drawn from their hostilities between the protectors and their adversaries, the Shadow Force of the sinister Emperor Dark. If you don't remember this cartoon, you might remember the toys - they were very cool, with magnetic moving parts. All the little action figures had moving joints and magnetic feet!
